This Privacy Policy describes how UAB „LAT Grupė“, code 300709638, address Metalistų g. 6B, LT-78107 Šiauliai (“Provider”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you, as an authorized User (employee or representative of the Client), access and use the proprietary computer software known as Fleetmaster (the “Software”).
Definitions
Software: the proprietary computer software known as Fleetmaster, used to generate and optimize multi-stop routes, schedule order execution, perform GPS tracking, and related logistics functionalities.
Client: a person who has entered into an agreement with the Provider to use the Software.
User: an individual working for or authorized by Client to use the Software services for the purpose of or in connection with Client’s professional fleet management activities
Fleet Data: Includes any data input by the Client or Users or generated through the use of the Software, including: vehicle information, licenses, credentials, and telematics, location data and remote diagnostics, maintenance needs, mileage, and driving time, user identification data (e.g., name, surname), order and communication data, any other operational, fleet, or user-related data.
Data controller and Data processor role
The Client acts as the Data Controller of Users’ personal data. The Provider acts as a Data Processor, processing such data on behalf of the Client, unless otherwise determined by applicable law.
Types of personal data processed
Depending on the configuration and use of the Software, we may process the following categories of personal data:
- Identification information (name, surname);
- Contact information (if applicable: email, phone);
- Location data (e.g., GPS data of vehicles);
- Operational data related to fleet and route management;
- Communication data (messages, logs between Users and the system, Clients);
- Usage data (logs, diagnostics, system interaction records);
- Other related data.
Purposes of Processing
We process personal data for the following specific and legitimate purposes, as required to provide and improve the Software and associated services, including but not limited to:
- Providing access to and operation of the Software;
- Executing and optimizing route planning and vehicle tracking;
- Performing diagnostics, analytics, and maintenance of the Services;
- Ensuring security, integrity, and compliance with contractual obligations;
- Assisting the Client with user management and operational monitoring;
- Detecting and preventing unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, or other malicious activities.
Legal Basis for processing
The primary legal basis for the processing of personal data is the contractual relationship between the Provider and the Client. The Provider processes User data as necessary to deliver the Software and related services to the Client, enable the Client’s employees or authorized Users to access and use the Software in accordance with its intended purpose, execute fleet and route management operations in line with the terms agreed between the Provider and the Client.
In specific cases, the Provider may process personal data based on its legitimate interests. These legitimate interests include: ensuring the security, functionality, and integrity of the Software and the underlying systems, preventing misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access to the Services, performing internal diagnostics, anonymized analytics, and improvements to the Software, assisting with the resolution of incidents, support requests, or disputes, etc.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained as long as necessary to provide the Services and in accordance with the Client’s instructions.
Data sharing and sub-processors
We may share personal data with:
- authorized sub-processors (e.g., hosting, analytics, communication services) with whom we have entered into data processing agreements;
- Authorities when required by law;
- Client’s internal stakeholders, in accordance with their instructions.
We ensure all sub-processors comply with equivalent data protection obligations.
Data transfers
If personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are implemented, such as:
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission;
- Adequacy decisions;
- Other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
User data subjects rights
As a User, you may exercise the following rights (subject to validation by the Client, as Data Controller):

- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Requests should be directed primarily to your employer or Client.
